The red arrow on the compass symbolizes the Northern Red River Valley and the blue arrow symbolizes Western Minnesota, the area that NRASP serves. The combination of the legacy logo and the updated graphic, gives NRASP a fresh new look that will represent it well for years to come.

Description:  Kara Felber and her team will discuss the importance of communication in sustaining VPP Star status at Cardinal IG Fargo.  Also to be discussed are several methods to help prevent incidents and injuries in the Cardinal IG plant.

About Our Speaker: Kara Felber is the Safety Manager at Cardinal IG Fargo, starting with the company in October 2019. She brings 12 years of safety experience and education to this organization. She is responsible for managing and overseeing all safety-related functions and activities at Cardinal IG Fargo, including their upcoming VPP re-certification in April 2022.  Kara has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, is an OSHA Outreach trainer, and has recently achieved her Associate Safety Professional certification. Kara has served as a general member of NRASP since 2013.
