 Description:  Job Function Matching ® is a work injury management and prevention system. It is an objective method of improving the quality of life for employees and increased quality of work for employers. Providers use a systematic process to match workers and jobs in hiring, injury prevention and return to work. Implementation components include Job Function Analysis, Functional Ergonomics, Job Function Testing, Rapid Return to Work Programming as well as Fitness and Conditioning Services. DSI Job Function Matching ® provides award winning outcomes in reducing work injury and costs. The methods have medical legal credibility with the ADAAA and Human Rights Legislation, OSHA and Workers Compensation. The results provide a win/win/win situation for the employer, healthcare provider and employee.

About Our Speaker: Jennifer Kraemer, PT, MPT is a Physical Therapist with over 18 years of experience in occupational medicine. She is a certified DSI Work Solutions, Inc. provider who works onsite in industry around the upper Midwest region. She is an independent consultant and delivers her services with a smile! In integrating the spectrum of work injury prevention and management, she delivers consulting in the areas of occupational health programs, analysis and change opportunities for preventing work injuries and minimizing disability for employees, rehabilitation sciences, aging workforce, disability reduction through RTW and return to independence, and functional ergonomics.
