Wellness in the Workplace - Kara Baeth Dukart - Prairie St. Johns

In this session you will gain a better understanding of the relationship between stress and anxiety and how this can play a part in the success and happiness of daily life. Become more aware of wellness within the workplace; how to recognize concerns, become intentional with daily choices and gain helpful tips to radiate positive wellness for all throughout the workplace.

About Our Speakers: 

Kara Baeth Dukart, PSJ Regional Relationship Manager and Community Education Liaison, has always shown a true passion for relationships and advocating for the wellbeing of adults, children, and families in our communities. She has a human and family service degree from NDSU and has worked for over 27 years in our community advocating for wellness in non-profit organizations, businesses, schools and healthcare facilities. Kara currently is a passionate liaison for people finding their way to hope and healing at Prairie St. John’s. She also enjoys coordinating Annual Mental Health events and is the certified UHS, Inc. Service Excellence trainer for their facility.

Kara enjoys service and volunteering. She is an avid member, student Key Club advisor and past ‘21-‘22 President of the Kiwanis Club of Fargo, supporting local youth. She also spearheaded and is playing a lead role in coordinating a mental health well-being area in historic Island Park. She is an Executive Leadership Team member for the FM Alzheimer’s Association, where she co-chaired the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in 2024. Kara is married to Jay and has 4 grown boys. She enjoys family, friends, outdoors, sports, her flower garden, church, playing piano and…a good massage.
