Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis

During this full day training event you will learn how to uncover the who, what, why, when and how of each workplace incident. This one-day class focuses on techniques for gathering complete, accurate and objective incident data so you can establish root causes, report findings and determine the best corrective action to prevent future incidents from happening.

This Class Will Help You:

• Initiate rapid and reliable incident reporting techniques
• Use modern data analysis to identify root causes
• Implement hazard control measures and follow-up

The base cost for this training is $380. There are discounts for both NRASP members and/or WSI account holders that can reduce this cost to $150!!

This is brought to you through a WSI STEP Grant and NRASPs ongoing efforts to provide safety related training at discounted rates though fundraising efforts such as the Golf Outing.
