The session will review best practices for recognizing the signs of escalating potential violent behavior and some proven strategies to help keep these encounters from spiraling out of control.
About Our Speakers:
Don is an Emergency Response Consultant for the NDSC. He served in the military and then as a law enforcement officer in the Denver Metro Area for 20 years. He was a hand to hand combat instructor and has responded to three Active Threat Events as a first responder. Don also served on the law enforcement National Training Team for the BATF training law enforcement agencies across the United States for Active Shooter Response.
