Description:
Regardless of your industry, recruiting and retaining employees appears to be one of the biggest challenges facing organizations. The number of people reporting mental health conditions and thoughts of suicide have increased year over year. As an employer, how do we not only support our employees mental health, but also create a work environment where leaders and employees recognize the signs of a mental health crisis early and intervene empathetically. Creating a mentally healthy workplace demonstrates a commitment to an employee’s personal and professional life.
