BECOME A MEMBER
Description: This session will focus on the claims process and philosophies. We will focus on the importance of injury management and a Return-to-Work (RTW) program. We will discuss successful return to work after a work injury, as well as transitional or modified work. This is a team approach so we will also identify team members and discuss how each team member compliments the other.
About Our Speaker: Reyne Richter is a Claims Supervisor in the Injury Services Department at Workforce Safety & Insurance (WSI). Along with her 26 years of experience working in the Claims Department, she essentially is Injury Services primary provider of education and assistance to WSI's external customers to aid them in their claims management and return to work programs emphasizing pro-activeness and involvement with injured workers
