Description: While the metric is improving, 52% of businesses do not have a business continuity plan in place. If you are new to this, this is the plan that will answer questions about what you do after the emergency. With you building a complete or total loss, what do you do on day 2 and beyond to avoid becoming part of the statistical total of businesses that fail to reopen following a catastrophic event. The process of developing these plans can feel like opening a bottomless can of worms. Following Matt’s risk management philosophy of good, better, best, the effort of coming up with an “ok” or incomplete plan is better than no plan.
