Description: Stressed out in 2020? In this session we will look at stress in our current climate, how it affects people and what can be done to manage stress.

About Our Speaker: Beth is an Addiction and Mental Health counselor currently working at Prairie St. Johns. Over the course of her career she was worked in a variety of clinical settings from children to elderly struggling with an array of issues to include: addiction, anxiety and depression.

Current paid Members that attend the Virtual Zoom meeting will receive a gift card to a local F-M area restaurant.
