It is essential that there is openness and transparency around safety that encourages growth, new ideas and allows everyone to effectively execute on the company vision while reducing costs and injuries, absenteeism and turnover and increasing productivity and employee morale.

This program will provide an overview of EOS® – Entrepreneurial Operating System® – and how the tools, methods and concepts within it will help your company and leadership team develop a more unified and transparent vision focused around safety within your organization to increase product or service quality and employee health, while helping you get more from your business.

About Our Speaker: 

He holds two teaching degrees, a Master’s degree in leadership and has also been a regular contributor to Fargo Monthly magazine. Patrick is a National Small Business Association Leadership Council member and is also active in the Fargo-Moorhead community as a member of the United Way Emerging Leaders Program and Executives’ Club of Fargo-Moorhead.

Originally from the small town of Carrington, ND, Patrick currently resides in Casselton, ND, with his wife, Carissa, and their daughter, Zahra.
