Description: In this session, we will cover effective training design, development, implementation and assessment techniques to build employee training programs that get results. This will incorporate Adult learning theory and learning styles to support participant retention.
Loren Haagenson has been the Human Resource Instructor and Program Advisor at Minnesota State Community and Technical College, Moorhead MN for the past 18 years. Along with his teaching experience he also has 10 years of human resources, training and development, and supervisory leadership experience in the construction and transportation industry. Loren maintains his Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and (SHRM-SCP) certifications and is passionate about exceptional education, service, and workforce training.
