Description:  ABC of MN/ND Safety Specialist Donny Hies will discuss our STEP:  Safety Training Evaluation Process and how it helps companies evaluate safety programs, set goals and improve company safety.  This discussion will also include our Safety Performance report and how the STEP program helps have hard data to prove that safety programs work.

About Our Speaker: 
Donny Hines is currently the Safety Specialist for MN/ND Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and has held this position since May 2011.  He is an authorized outreach OSHA Construction trainer and a certified NCCER instructor.  Prior to ABC, he was the Safety Director for a large construction company in central Minnesota for ten years.  Donny has served on the National ABC Safety Committee and currently oversees the MN/ND ABC Safety Committee.  Most of his time is spent conducting safety training and job site safety audits to assist companies in creating the very best safety culture.  Donny has over 29 years of safety experience and continues working with contractors to enhance their safety programs along with ABC's STEP program and a partnership program with MNOSHA.
