Description Too much information is never good, especially when the safety of our workers is involved.  Kathi will identify issues associated with cognitive overload and some ways to prevent overwhelming the workforce while assuring they have everything they need to understand how to perform their tasks correctly and safely.

About Our Speaker: Kathi Dobson is an 18-year veteran of the construction industry and serves as Safety Director of Alberici Constructors.  She is actively involved in NAWIC and has held several positions on national and regional boards.  She received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Mercy College of Detroit and got into safety - by accident...
