Today his presentation will review the new OSHA Hazard Communications standard, the Global Harmonization System (GHS).  His presentation will encompass how the GHS originated and the new elements of program.

 About Randy Niles: Randy Niles is the Operations Coordinator and Safety Consultant for OECS of the Dakotas, Inc.  He has over 12 years of experience in the field of safety in both Construction and General Industry.  He is responsible for providing safety services to clients throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa and Colorado. He attended Arizona State University where he studied Psychology and Marketing.  He served as Safety Director for companies in Arizona and North Dakota prior to joining OECS of the Dakotas, Inc.

Randy currently serves as President for the Northern Region Association of Safety Professionals in Fargo, ND.  He is also a member of the Continuum Toastmasters in Fargo.
