Description: Effective August of 2015, Federal OSHA published a new rule on confined space for construction.  Jack will provide an outline of the new requirements affecting contractors who perform confined space entry.  He will also discuss the how the new rule can impact site owners and other employers that may control or direct activity related to confined space entry.    

About Jack Kohlberg: Jack Kolberg officially retired after 27 yrs. With Northern Improvement Company. Jack served as a Vice President and their Safety Manager during his construction tenure. Jack began working with Sustainable Safety Solutions as a consultant contracted with the AGC of ND last year and continues to provide safety training and services to the AGC today. In Jack’s, he has been named the outstanding safety professional of the year and help NIC realize three National AGC of America construction safety and excellence awards as the safest highway contractor in the nation. NIC was also named one of 13 companies as the safest companies in the nation by EHS Today magazine. Jack enjoys golf, boating, music, and his family especially his granddaughter Chloe in his off time
