Description: This interactive session will focus on how healthcare providers can and should provide the most beneficial assistance for HR, Safety Directors and employers with consistent communication while dealing with work injuries and RTW programs. We will also cover many important questions and topics which are necessary and beneficial for decision makers to discuss with the healthcare providers who assist them. Finally, we will review various statistics along with the importance of utilizing rehabilitation programs and/or a multidisciplinary approach when necessary to assist with recovery from injuries while focusing on common injuries and many incorrect habits which frequently occur.

About Dr. Feldner: He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1993. He has been teaching rehabilitation and focusing on occupational health around the nation since 1997 in 39 different states. During this time he has worked with thousands of clinicians, third party payors, law firms, HR and Safety Directors on the importance of providing consistent communication and active care programs with a multidisciplinary approach. Dr. Feldner enjoys working with employers while sharing key communication techniques and focusing on return to work programs which is an integral part of healthcare.
